How long does the heat last?
It depends on the battery you use and the heat level. With a 10,000 mAh battery, you get several hours of heat.

Can it be washed?
Yes. Remove the battery and wash it by hand or on a cold, delicate cycle. Do not tumble dry or iron.

What size do I choose?
Uses Asian sizing, which is smaller: order 2 sizes larger than usual (if you wear an M, choose XXL). If in doubt, message us with your height and weight.

Does it include the battery?
No. It works with any 5V/2A USB external battery, like the one you use for your phone.
