Returns and refunds

At Heatvo, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not convinced, you can return it.

14-day period (right of withdrawal)

You have 14 calendar days from the moment you receive your order to return it, without needing to provide any explanation.

How to make a return

1. Write to us at mateomendezsilva6@gmail.com indicating your order number.
2. We will reply with instructions and the return address.
3. The product must be returned unused, in good condition, and in its original packaging.

Return shipping costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product arrives defective, damaged, or is not the one you ordered. In that case, we will cover them.

Refund

Once we receive and inspect the product, we will refund your payment within a maximum of 14 days, using the same payment method you used.

Defective products and warranty

If your product arrives damaged or stops working, write to us with photos or a video and we will resolve it (repair, replacement, or refund), in accordance with current legal warranty regulations.

Size exchanges

If the size does not fit you well, write to us and we will help you. Remember that we use Asian sizing: we recommend ordering 2 sizes larger than usual.
